Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Postino ("the Service"), operated by Artur Khomych ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. What Postino Does

Postino is a SaaS platform that uses AI to help you create and publish social media content. Our AI agents analyze trends in your niche, learn your brand voice, generate content variants, and publish approved posts to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Threads on your behalf.

You remain in control at all times. No content is published without your explicit approval.

2. Your Account

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including content published through connected social accounts.
  • One person or legal entity per account. Sharing credentials between multiple people requires a team plan.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Postino to:

  • Generate or publish spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or deceptive content.
  • Create content that promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or harassment.
  • Impersonate another person, brand, or organization.
  • Violate the terms of service of any connected social platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads).
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose under Polish, EU, or applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Postino's AI agents is a starting point, not a final product. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is published.

  • Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain factual errors, outdated information, or statements that do not reflect your views. Always review before publishing.
  • Ownership: You own the content you create and publish through Postino. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your published content.
  • Liability: Once you approve and publish content, you are solely responsible for it. We are not liable for claims, damages, or consequences arising from content you chose to publish.
  • AI transparency: We use Claude (Anthropic) and Llama as our AI models. We do not guarantee specific output quality, and AI behavior may change as models are updated.

5. Social Account Connections

When you connect a social account via OAuth, you grant Postino permission to publish content on your behalf. You can disconnect any social account at any time from your settings page. Disconnecting immediately revokes our access.

We store OAuth tokens encrypted at rest and use them only for the purposes you authorize (publishing, profile access). See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Subscription and Payments

Postino offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at signup.

  • Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
  • If payment fails, we will attempt to charge again for up to 7 days before downgrading your account to the free plan.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Postino available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, third-party outages (Supabase, Vercel, social platform APIs), or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for missed or delayed posts caused by service interruptions.

8. Termination

  • By you: You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We will delete all your data within 30 days.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay for a paid plan. We will notify you via email before termination, except in cases of severe abuse.

Upon termination, you can request a data export (JSON format) within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Postino is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, reputation, or data.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is greater.
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by social platforms (account suspensions, API changes, content removal) that affect your use of Postino.

10. Intellectual Property

  • The Postino brand, logo, UI design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property.
  • You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service.
  • Your content remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Poland. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
